Preamble to our by-laws.
The Ethical Humanist Society of the Triangle is a religious, philosophical and educational organization dedicated to the belief that the highest value on earth is human worth, and that every person has an equal right to live with dignity and in harmony with one another and with nature.
We seek to further these ideals through fellowship and by advancing humanistic goals for ourselves and our children through education, community service and social action.
