SUMMARY:The Pros and Cons of Becoming a Chapter of the American Humanist Association
DESCRIPTION:Longtime member\, Chris Kaman\, will give the pros and cons of EHST changing its relationship with the American Humanist Association from an affiliate to a chapter. This is a chance for our members\, friends\, and visitors to learn and discuss this proposal. EHST does NOT plan to leave the American Ethical Union; we are committed to our longtime national organization. There will be no vote on the AHA proposal at this meeting. Members will vote on this at our Founders Day on May 13th. Notices will be sent prior to that meeting\, and proxies are encouraged for anyone who cannot attend that meeting on May 13th.
