DESCRIPTION:We will watch a brief TED Talk by Malcolm Gladwell\, “The Tipping Point I Got Wrong” and follow it up discussion based on some of the points brought up in the talk. Because a central theme to this talk is the danger inherent to and unconstitutionality of stop and frisk\, we expect a lively dialogue!  Gladwell wrote a book\, published in 2000 titled “The Tipping Point“.  He has now published a book (2024) titled “Revenge of the Tipping Point”. \nThis program will be presented via a Zoom session.
