A Philosophical Approach to Coping with a Pandemic

“What tools do I need to help me deal with a global pandemic?  Are some of the ideas and approaches found in Philosophy useful in helping me cope with this existential crisis?  I have found that consciously adopting a philosophical approach promotes peace of mind and allows me to move forward to contribute to solutions.  I will share my findings with you.”
