Hugh Giblin, a longtime EHST supporter, will tell of his experience in a labor union controlled by the Chicago Mafia and his work as a whistle-blower with the government. He will also discuss the current legal status of whistle-blowers and ethical considerations. He believes we all can be whistle-blowers.
