Conflict Reduction Strategies and Love/Friendship Styles

Life coach Suzanne MacDonough will speak about conflict reduction strategies stemming from the 9 love/friendship styles.  The new trend is to speak of ‘conflict reduction’ or ‘conflict management’, rather than ‘resolution’, because many times, in general, conflict cannot be 100% eliminated.  The topic of conflict reduction is one that Ms. MacDonough has extensively studied, as a ‘life coach’, in her trainings through international corporate consulting companies.
