Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion : Ted Talks and Discussion

EHST will show two Ted Talks which explain what Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is, and whether we should embrace it or celebrate its apparent demise. One talk focuses on how DEI can make teams more effective. The other Ted Talk points out what DEI gets wrong, and how to do it right. We will then discuss our own individual views on the talks.
