Enough With the Fear of Fat

Today’s meeting will feature a short Ted Talk by Kelli Jean Drinkwater, titled “Enough With the Fear of Fat.” As noted on her TED Talk bio, Ms. Drinkwater is a multi-disciplinary artist and activist recognized for her creative practice and voice in radical body politics. Following this video, Maura Breidt will curate a discussion of reactions to, prejudices against, and discrimination towards larger people.
