Fighting Against Structural Racism

Who is fighting structural racism in North Carolina? Who is working to end mass incarceration, reform the bail system, ending youth confinement, and encouraging restorative justice (as opposed to punitive justice)? EmancipateNC is the organization working towards those ends, and Dawn Blagrove will speak to us about this work. She is the executive director of EmancipateNC.
