Happiness: A Brief Overview and Discussion

What makes you happy? EHST member, Maura Breidt, will give a presentation on the nature of happiness. How do people define happiness? Are there differences in these definitions across cultures? Across age groups? Is happiness innate or learned? Can we choose happiness, and if so, how?
