Social Action – Postcarding

EHST will be postcarding to support voter turnout in the upcoming midterm elections.  The Center for Common Ground is providing us with the postcards and list of voters to contact.  The CCG “educates and empowers voters of color in voter suppression states” with the goal of “building a democracy that prioritizes the voices of all people.”

We will gather at 134 Circadian Way in Chapel Hill; the meeting room is on the lower level of the building.  There is one handicapped parking space near the entry, and there are also two adjacent spaces, mainly used for EV charging, but also available for handicapped parking. Otherwise, any space either graveled or paved and not designated “Arcadia Resident” is free to use.   Pens, highlighters and postcards will be provided.  Participants can bring snacks to share if they like. Come and enjoy friendly camaraderie as well as the satisfaction of civic engagement.

We will not be Zooming this event.
