The Future of the American Ethical Union

James Croft, the Leader of the St. Louis Ethical Society, has sparked a discussion about the future of the AEU. He is asking some “soul searching” questions about the “movement” and its future. Chris Kaman, longtime EHST member, spoke with James recently about his concerns about the future of the AEU, a discussion initiated by Mr. Croft who has interviewed many people in AEU member societies about his concerns. Chris will review Mr. Croft’s concerns and ask EHST members for their reactions. Mr. Croft will give an address on May 8th which will be our program for that day; his talk will address his concerns, and what he thinks the future of the the AEU is.
This meeting is a Zoom “hybrid” meeting. We will meet at our regular venue, Extraordinary Ventures, where the program will take place. We will also Zoom the program.
