Tiny Houses, A New Option in Home Ownership

Architect Arielle Schechter will speak to us about her work and options for those seeking to have a smaller footprint on the Earth’s resources.  She designs “tiny houses” (from 150 to 1500 sq. ft.), and also established “North Carolina Modernist Houses,” an educational nonprofit which  does archive documenting, preserving, and promoting residential modernist architecture.   She will tell you what you need to know, and if you are interested, help you design a tiny house (not during this talk).
