Using Case Management as a Tool to Mitigate Health Disparities 

Jennifer Williams will discuss how Case Management can positively impact health disparities through advocacy.  Advocacy identifies gaps in guidelines and adherence to established evidence based practice. Using evidence based practice will hopefully eliminate bias in the healthcare system.

Ms. Williams has a Bachelors Degree in the Science of Nursing, and a Masters in Public Heath.  She is applying for her Doctorate in Nursing Practice with a focus on Population Health Management.
